* In order to be eligible for the
guarantee, you must present a written price
estimate, on a competitor’s official
letterhead within 15 days of your estimate
by One Man and A Brush.
Minimum One Man and A
Brush estimate of at least $1000
required. One Man and A
Brush will only accept one written
estimate per competitor. Offer valid
to owners of residences
only. Competitor’s offer must be dated
within 30 calendar days prior to the date
customer signs an agreement with One
Man and A Brush. This offer does not
apply once One Man and A
Brush painting is
installed. Offer must be a written
estimate from a licensed painting
contractor, and include all dimensions,
upgrades, installation fees, discount /
promotional pricing and other
charges. Paint Product must
be identical. Offer excludes
additional labor & materials required
as a result of issues discovered
during installation not listed in the scope
of work. Exclusions: One Man and A
Brush will not match competitors'
bonus or free offers, special offers,
rebates, financing offers, clearance or
closeout prices, or installation
specials. Offer is not available to
One Man and A Brush employees, and One Man
and A Brush sales or installation
contractors. One Man and A
Brush has the right to refuse or deny
any written estimate. One Man and A
Brush is not responsible for
typographical errors in this
guarantee.
